All monies raised by CHAT support the
Wakulla Animal Shelter. We need members and volunteers to support Chat and the
shelter. Nuisance animal situations have improved, strays are being picked up,
owners are reunited with their animals, citizens are being protected from
dangerous animals and injured animals are being helped by medical care. Our
shelter facility is clean and humane.
We need volunteers that will provide
human contact to our shelter animals. Take
a dog for a walk and play with a cat to socialize the animals. A socialized dog
or cats have a much better chance to get adopted.
